Seni Kusamotu has been extensively involved in regulatory compliance, private equity and the legal aspects of project finance and commercial transactions. He was a founding Partner of Purple Capital Partners Limited, a specialist investment firm with business areas in project finance, private equity and real estate. He has served as a Director of Maryland Mall Limited, owners of the iconic Maryland Mall in Lagos, Law Union and Rock Insurance Plc and Alternative Capital Partners Limited, a Securities and Exchange Commission registered Fund/Portfolio Manager and Investment Adviser.
