Rogba Payne is an experienced commercial lawyer with particular experience in the construction, oil & gas, and power sectors. He specialises in the management of complex, high-value transactions, usually with an international element, and has successfully advised on matters which include Schlumberger’s investment in the Anyala and Madu oilfields; the privatization of Yola Electricity Distribution Company; and the admission of an oil and gas company’s shares on the Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”) of the London Stock Exchange.
